Emulsifiable Concentrates (EC)

Emulsifiable Concentrates (EC) – Emulsifiable Concentrates are liquids that when mixed with water creates a stable mixture that requires little or no agitation after properly mixing.  It typically turns a milky white, so storing it in a milk jug is very dangerous, especially if children are around.  They are not very effective on porous surfaces because when the water soaks into the material sprayed, it takes the active ingredient with it and it is no longer available on the surface to be picked up by pests.  The can also conduct electricity, so using them around electrical circuits is dangerous.  They are suited to use around heat and flames as they are not flammable.  Please read and follow all pesticide labeling.
